Here I will introduce how to adjust zoom lever of Reading Pane and new messages window in Microsoft Outlook. When previewing email messages in the Reading Pane, you can adjust the zoom lever and make the fonts and images fit for reading comfortably. Shift to the Mail view, click to select the email message that you will preview, and then adjust the zoom lever with moving the zoom slider in the Status bar at the bottom of Outlook.

If you want to see larger text in the message list – where the sender and subject are, you want to customize the view. You can also change the font sizes in Other settings – this changes to field names at the top too. I set the Row size to 18 in other settings for the screenshot on the left – that increased the sender and subject font size.
